Whether you’re looking for a refreshing after-dinner drink or want something for a relaxing brunch at the beach, this drink is perfect.Â
The only time-consuming part of this recipe is creating the raspberry simple syrup. Once that’s made, though, you’re ready to go! 🙂
Ingredients
Scale
For rim:
- Organic red cocktail sugar (I used this one)
- Organic lime wedge
For the mocktail:
- 1–2 oz. organic raspberry simple syrup (depending on how sweet you like your drinks)
- 2 oz. organic cold-pressed grapefruit juice
- Topo Chico (or other sparkling water)
Instructions
- Rim a champagne flute using the lime wedge and red sugar.
- Pour grapefruit juice into your prepared champagne flute. Then, add the raspberry simple syrup.
- Top with Topo Chico and enjoy! 🙂
Notes
You can also add 1 oz. of vodka to turn this into a cocktail!
