This is legitimately my new favorite mocktail. I know I say that about every one of my newest recipes, but I’m 1000% serious about this one. Don’t believe me? Then, try it for yourself. 🙂

Not only is this recipe absolutely amazing & delicious, but it’s soooo incredibly easy to make! I thought my Vegan Chocolate Covered Strawberry mocktail was incredibly easy, but this one surely takes the cake. Not to mention that this drink is PERFECT on a warm summer’s day.

Is it sherbet or sherbert? [Jeff](http://bylt.co) and I got into a little tiffle over the pronunciation of said creamy, frozen fruit dessert. I’m on Team Sherbet and since I made the drink I think I should be right 😉

### Ingredients

- 2 oz. [strawberry simple syrup](https://amaraandrew.com/simple-syrups/#strawberry-simple-syrup)
- 1 oz. organic lemon juice
- 1 oz. organic lime juice
- 4–5 oz. [Kevita Mojita Lime Mint Coconut water kefir](https://amzn.to/3d0QAk8)

### Instructions

1. Add a few ice cubes to a mason jar or cocktail shaker.
2. Pour in your strawberry simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, and Kevita.
3. Put your lid on your jar or shaker and shake until combined.
4. Strain over a coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge if you’re feelin’ fancy!
