- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup Demerara sugar
- 12 oz. organic raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Add the water and Demerara sugar to a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Stir until your sugar dissolves.
- Add the raspberries and bring to a boil.Â
- Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer covered for 25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Strain your syrup into a clean mason jar or other storage container and put it in the fridge.
- You can keep this in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.Â
