See what I did there? I used “spring in my title”…’cause it’s punny…ahh, I need to get out of quarantine. Ok, moving on…these spring cocktails are super delish and so easy to make. They use the same 4 ingredients and how easy (and cost effective) is that?!

Is your pantry looking a little empty? Are you finding it impossible to order more groceries? I can help you stretch the contents of your fridge and pantry…Depression-era style.

As I mentioned in both my daiquiri and margarita posts, I hate using store-bought mixers for cocktails. They’re either way too artificial tasting or they’re filled with a bunch of bad-for-you garbage like yucky sweeteners or UB40…err, I meant Red 40. 😬
Because of this, I’m sharing with you my super simple simple syrup recipes! No longer will you have to rely on buying syrups chock full of additives and fillers. Just create your own simple syrups instead! They’re so incredibly easy to make and each recipe follows the same basic formula: water, Demerara sugar, and your base ingredient! 🙂

While most people have had a brownie, it seems like few people have ever had the brownie’s less popular albino cousin, the blondie. My Party Nuts bring all the boys to the yard, and you know what?! They LOVE them! As I mentioned in my Fudge Yeah, Brownies! post, this is one of my go-to recipes when we’re entertaining guests. Not only is this one of the easiest recipes ever, but it’s also good for you and is THE. BEST. FLAVOR. COMBO. Literally every time I’ve served these, my friends have
beggedasked me for this recipe. Not only are they simple to make and mouthwateringly delicious, but they taste just like Chex Mix!

Listen, I know quality Prosecco isn’t terribly expensive, especially when compared to champagne, but it also ain’t cheap.
After a hard day at work and a long commute, I sometimes find that nothing will quite slake my thirst like a glass (who am I kidding, a bottle!) of Prosecco. There are two problems with this, though: either I’m on a bit of a budget (lookin’ at you, student loans!) or I just don’t feel like making that extra trip to the store. The other day I found myself in this exact predicament while staring blankly into my fridge and then it hit me…

I have a confession…
I tricked all of my friends into eating gluten-free/dairy-free brownies…and you know what? They absolutely loved them! They had a Close Encounter of the Fudgy Kind and they loved it!
